    I/We, being the current lease holders of the below listed property hereby give

    28 DAYS NOTICE OF INTENTION TO VACATE

    (This notice period is compulsory under the Residential Act 1997).

    Our office may request to conduct a Pre-Vacating Inspection of the property. Our office will send you a vacating confirmation letter advising you of the inspection date & time and the total amount of rent owed to the above listed vacate date. Rent is calculated on a daily rate from the day we receive this notice.

    OPEN FOR INSPECTIONS:

    The landlord may request that an open for inspection be carried out in order to show the property to prospective tenants. If an inspection is required it will be conducted on a Saturday for 15 minutes within the last 14 days of your tenancy. If you have preferred time you would like this inspection to be booked in for please contact your Property Manager, if you do not inform us of a suitable time you will be notified in writing of the scheduled inspection.
